📍 HOW TO FIND USThe “Les Secrets de Winna” love room is located in a small hamlet named “La Bernerie”, in the commune of Augé.
You can reach it by 3 routes:
From the center of Augé, via a very narrow road winding through fields.
Still from Augé, about 1 km further, a more suitable road brings you directly to La Bernerie and to the love room.
From Saint-Maixent-l’École, via Saivre.
In all cases, GPS will bring you directly to La Bernerie.
Signage has been placed at each entrance to La Bernerie.
♿ ACCESSIBILITYUnfortunately, due to architectural constraints, our love room is not accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
💶 SECURITY DEPOSITA €600 security deposit will be requested (not charged) on the website. This is to cover any damage, missing items, or unpaid purchases.An invoice will be issued detailing any charges, including photos if applicable.
If damages exceed the deposit, a supplementary invoice will be sent, payable within 7 days.
The deposit will be released within 5–10 business days after your stay.
We also require a copy of your ID, which will be destroyed after your departure.
🎁 GIFT CARDSGift cards are available on our website.Just go to the “BOOK” section and choose your preferred “Gift Card” for a weekday or weekend.
You can also contact us at +33 7 81 69 12 39 for a physical gift card with your chosen amount.The couple receiving it can then contact us to set a date and choose any options.
⚡ EV CHARGING STATIONA charging station is available in our private and secure parking area (paid option).

A fenced parking area, hidden from view.
A motorcycle cover to protect your bike from the weather during your stay.
🔒 YOUR PRIVACY IS SACREDTo ensure your peace of mind, a camera detector is provided inside the love room.
Only one outdoor camera monitors the private parking and entrance for security reasons.

🏡 HOUSE RULESThe gîte “LES SECRETS DE WINNA” is a 60 m² cocoon over two floors, designed for couples (or more upon request).The premises are strictly forbidden to minors and pets.
Please respect the space, the atmosphere, and the equipment provided.
Any breach of these rules may result in termination of your stay without refund.
GENERAL RULESArrival and departure follow the schedule provided above. You can:
Check-in autonomously via a key box (code sent the day before by email or SMS).
Or be welcomed personally, discreetly and warmly.
If the client fails to leave on time, we reserve the right to enter the property for cleaning.
CONDITION REPORTA detailed inventory will be sent before your arrival. You have 2 hours after arrival to report any discrepancies (via phone + SMS or email).Beyond that, the inventory is considered accepted.
Cleaning is included, but we ask that you leave the property tidy.Dishes should be placed in the sink. A €40 extra cleaning fee will apply if left in poor condition.
All furniture and accessories will be checked. Any damage will be charged and deducted from the deposit (with photographic proof).
NOISE & DISTURBANCELocated in a quiet hamlet, we ask for discretion and calm, especially outdoors.
No parties or excessive noise between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any disturbance may be reported to authorities.
A private and secure entrance ensures discreet luggage unloading. Outdoor areas are under video surveillance for your safety.
OCCUPANCYMax occupancy is 2 adults, though additional guests may be allowed on request (+€40 per person/day).All guests must be declared when booking.
RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTYThe property is private. Sharing photos/videos (inside or outside) is strictly forbidden without permission.Professional filming is not allowed.
The space cannot be rented for illegal or commercial purposes.
Guests must:
Use reasonable electricity and water.
Close windows/doors when leaving.
Not rearrange or remove furniture, linens, or equipment.
Never use candles or flammable items.
🚭 NO SMOKINGSmoking or vaping inside the property is prohibited. A €50 penalty will be applied in case of violation.
Smoking/vaping is allowed outdoors only. Ashtrays are provided.
No drugs allowed.
🌐 WIFI USEInternet and TV (including adult channels like DORCEL) are available.
Illegal use of the connection (racism, defamation, etc.) is forbidden. We may share your information with authorities if needed.
DAMAGE / MAINTENANCEEmergency maintenance may take place if necessary.
Any damage must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for any harm caused by themselves or their guest unless proven otherwise.
EQUIPMENT PROVIDEDUpon arrival, you’ll enjoy:
High-end whirlpool bath, king-size shower, massage table
Seasonal, optional private pool (for sunbathing or skinny-dipping only)
Fully equipped kitchen
And of course… the secret room with its special furniture and accessories.
